Cbaji Terms & Conditions — A Complete Guide for Members

Cbaji (https://cbaji-baji.com) is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting platform. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Cbaji and its members.

By using the Cbaji website or mobile app, you are deemed to have automatically accepted all of these Terms and Conditions. We strongly encourage you to read this document carefully in its entirety before registering.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all members, including those from Bangladesh. However, if online betting is prohibited by law in your country, you should not use Cbaji.

You must be 18 years of age or older to open an account with cbaji. You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Account Registration Requirements:

• Each person may register only one account — creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide your full name, date of birth, phone number, and address accurately at the time of registration.
• Members are solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential. cbaji accepts no liability for any unauthorised access.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is completed.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

Before placing any bets on Cbaji, it is important to familiarise yourself with the betting rules for each sport. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

General Bet Settlement Rules:

• All bets are settled based on the official match result.
• If a match is cancelled or not completed within the scheduled time, bets may be voided and stakes will be returned.
• In live betting, odds change from moment to moment. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed are final.
• If a bet is recorded at an incorrect price due to a technical error, Cbaji reserves the right to void that bet.
• If one leg of an accumulator bet is voided, it will be removed and the remaining odds will be used to settle the bet.

All financial transactions on Cbaji are processed through secure, encrypted channels. Members may only use payment methods registered in their own name.

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum single-day deposit limit is ৳5,00,000.
• Deposits from third-party bank accounts or mobile numbers are not accepted.
• Successful deposits are credited to your account instantly. In the case of a failed transaction, a refund will be issued within 24 hours.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• KYC verification is mandatory for withdrawals.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for your deposit — if you deposited via bKash, your withdrawal will also be processed to bKash.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it will only be converted to withdrawable cash once the specified wagering requirement has been met.
• Additional verification may be required for unusual or suspicious transactions.

Cbaji offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which you should review before claiming.

General Bonus Terms:

• Welcome Bonus: For new members only — up to 150% on your first deposit (maximum ৳20,000). Wagering: 12x.
• Reload Bonus: Up to 30% on weekly deposits. Wagering: 10x. Valid Tuesday through Sunday.
• Cashback Bonus: Get back up to 10% of your net weekly losses. No wagering requirements.
• Free Bet: Awarded for selected events. Winnings from free bets are credited to your cash balance after deducting the stake.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time — a new bonus will not activate while another is already in use.
• Cbaji reserves the right to void any bonus if abuse is suspected.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Cbaji platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

• Bonus Abuse: Placing bets strategically to exploit bonus conditions — such as betting on both sides simultaneously to lock in a risk-free profit.
• Martingale or automated betting systems: Automated betting using bots or software.
• Money Laundering: Using Cbaji for the purpose of money laundering is strictly prohibited.
• Multiple Accounts: Running multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits.
• Third-Party Transactions: Depositing or withdrawing using another person's payment method.
• Use of Inside Information: Match fixing or betting based on insider information.

Cbaji reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Breaching any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• If a member registers using false or incomplete information.
• If fraud, bonus abuse, or the operation of multiple accounts is proven.
• Refusal to complete KYC verification.
• If a member submits a request to close their own account.

To close your account voluntarily, please contact Support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed (subject to applicable conditions).

Cbaji will not be held liable for:

• Missed bets due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Losses arising from the member's own error or negligence.
• Technical failures on the part of third-party providers (e.g. payment gateways).
• If your account password is disclosed to another person.
• Force majeure events — war, natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions.

Under any circumstances, Cbaji's maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the transaction in question.

Cbaji believes betting should be a form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress. That is why responsible betting is our highest priority.

• Deposit Limits: Set your own weekly and monthly deposit limits at any time.
• Loss Limit: Your account will be automatically paused if your losses exceed a set amount.
• Session Timer: Receive reminders showing how long you have been betting.
• Self-Exclusion: You can exclude yourself from the platform for any period between 1 week and 5 years.
• Reality Check: A summary of your wins and losses will be displayed at regular intervals.
